Apparently this contest has been going on for several years, but I have just come across it. Women are given the opportunity to create a wedding dress out of toilet paper and the grand prize is $1000. I love creativity, I think crafting is fabulous and fun. This though is a craft I am just not that sure about -- any thoughts?
